The Bath Arms is a quintessential Country Pub and Restaurant with 17 quirky bedrooms located in the main property and adjoining annex, nestled within Lord Bath’s magnificent Longleat Estate in the village of Horningsham. The restaurant and pub offers menus with a variety of dishes filled with local produce proud to have been awarded an AA rosette, the team of talented chefs, offer a combination of simple and imaginative food, yet beautifully cooked food. The property benefits from a small function room which can hold up to 50 covers and is often in use during our shooting season on the estate.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an excellent opportunity for a Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will be responsible for assisting the delivery of excellent quality food items across all service, assisting the head of section in making sure the section is run smoothly and efficiently. Your food will be produced in line with agreed recipes and standards.
You will be passionate about working with the finest, freshest ingredients and in delivering quality dishes and products. you will take an organised approach to your role and prioritise effectively to ensure the smooth sunning of the section. You will be an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills and have a key focus on detail to deliver outstanding quality and service.
HOURS OF WORK
This is a full time permanent position working minimum of 48 hours a week 5 days out of 7. We are offering a very competitive rate of pay for the right candidate.
