Meet Our New Head Chef
Meet the New Kid on the Chopping Block, Brian Hall…
This month, there has been some pretty exciting stuff going on in our kitchen and this is mainly down to our latest newcomer. After searching far and wide, we are proud to announce the appointment of Brian Hall as leader of our culinary craftsmen.
Having worked with top chefs such as James Nathan, Rob Clayton and Nathan Outlaw, Brian has has had a long career that has focused on creating food that people want to eat, not that creates a name. Having methodically worked his way up through the ranks, Brian’s style has a humble elegance which tastes just as good as it looks. Whilst some of the food looks like a work of art; the humble burger is still just that, made with love and the finest ingredients.
Brian’s relentless experience in the industry has led to him picking up new culinary skills and concepts which he has learnt to subtly and sophisticatedly incorporate into his menus. Like some of the most talented chefs, he has dabbled in both fine dining and banqueting and is excited to be taking on our Wiltshire gastro pub.
When asked what he is most excited about in the coming months at The Bath Arms, Brian replied…
“I love working with good quality locally sourced ingredients. While The Bath Arms are already pioneering so many top local suppliers, I have a few of my own up my sleeve which I can’t wait to introduce onto the menu”.
We’re really looking forward to working with Brian for the foreseeable further. We’d love to use Brian’s appointment as an invitation to welcome everyone locally (and a further afield if you require a mini break) to come and try his latest Wiltshire menu and tell us what you think.
