Sunday Night Special
Throughout the low season we are delighted to offer a special Sunday night rate of £50 per room for our guests who have stayed on Friday and Saturday nights.

N.B. There is an additional £20 per night charge for each child sharing a superior or deluxe room with their parents. (maximum 2 Children) Please note we cannot get extra guests in a standard bedroom.

Terms & Conditions

We don't particularly like Terms & Conditions and would only ask that guests respect other guests while at The Bath Arms…..and for that matter our staff as well. Their highest priority is to make your stay or dining experience as enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable as possible.

When you confirm a booking with us over the telephone we won't take a deposit (unless you have booked your visit online directly and paid via PayPal) but we will ask for a credit/charge card number. If making your booking online full pre-payment is required. Sometimes there are very good reasons why a cancellation is made. All we ask is that you give us at least 14 days notice. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival we will charge £50 per night booked to your card, but only on the day that you would have left if you had stayed with us. We will try our hardest to re-let the room and obviously won't charge you anything if we can.

We don't think that you will, but if you should make a booking and not cancel or turn up at all, we will have to charge the full price of your stay to your card.

The only exception to these 'rules' relates to the Christmas & New Year's breaks. Please see that section.
