ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient portering service to our guests, visitors and colleagues.
Duties would include:
– The check in of late arrivals
– Guest food & beverage during the night
– Escorting guests and luggage to their rooms
– Overseeing all guest requests in terms of service, delivery and complaints
– There would also be a requirement to set-up function rooms on occasion
– Adhere to all relevant Health & Safety policies with regards to fire prevention
Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for providing excellent guest service, maintaining the highest standards and be able to work night shifts on a long term basis. You would have excellent levels of English and communication skills be well presented, trustworthy and have a passion for hospitality.
HOURS OF WORK
This is role is available on a permanent basis, working 32 hours per week. The working pattern would be on an 8 hour shift on a four night on four nights off system but also to be flexible to cover sickness and holidays.
